In the conversation the new recruit will ask questions about what is expected from her. She will also tell her boss about her work experience and her ongoing training, example:
“I worked at the BBC in London for 2 years, and I am studying an online qualification in web design.”
Here the new recruit has used past simple and present continuous.
Another example would be:
I have worked in Thailand since 2009 – present perfect
Tip number 2: You will also score high points for good use of tenses (see above).
The boss will give suggestions and advice to the new recruit. If you are the boss you can also ask about hobbies or travel (most bosses are quite friendly)
The blue print suggests questions or statements the boss may say to a new recruit, and the brown print suggests what the new recruit may say to the boss.
