Per HR’s record (On line checking system), found that some employees have had their high amount (days) of accumulative unused annual leave remaining as of December 2014 of which will be top-up 2015 eligible annual leave in the system (I-leave).
For purpose of work-life balance in encouraging employee to spend some time with family or rest during the physical year per objective of provision of annual leave, please plan sometime to discuss and request your manager to take such unused annual leave remaining of 2014 as appropriated.
Please note that in general, as per our company’s regulation, the unused annual leave of previous year, will not being transferred to the following year, but however based on our practice for the flexibility purpose and work-load concerned, such unused annual leave remain still be counted and transferred to the following year and to be used within specific period time of next year.
For 2015, the cut-off time will be by end of Q3 (September 2015) unless otherwise you couldn’t use/take such unused annual leave, please discuss with your manager and inform HR specifically unless otherwise the said unused balance remain annual leave as of December’2014 will be limited at 15 days-max.
