Couple of months ago I asked to get an exact delivery date (required from the costumer) for each enquiry.
First of all we need the required delivery date from the costumer and second we want to have an exact date when do you need the answer/offer from us.
Both dates helps us a lot to meet the requirements of the costumer and also to organize our self in a better way.
We know that we are not perfect and from time to time we have our internal problems but we try to perform better and better.
The “old” statement of Peter Bröer, we do not lose any single valve/order because of a delivery time, is still valid.
Therefore please contact us in case you come into a situation where to lose an order. We will find ways to support you and your costumer.
Also we want to know any single potential order where you under pressure in regards to prices.
Before we lose an single order to our competitor we have to analyze if we can do anything on the pricing.
