After the Centralized upgrade to version 12.1, the Business Intelligence team has been notified of several issues experienced by users. The Business Intelligence team is working closely with the vendor to get these issues resolved as soon as possible.
Our list of known issues include:
• Geo SD Report removed from production; this report has been removed temporarily. It will be added back into Centralized when the issues with its performance are resolved.
• General slowness in Centralized—actions are taking longer to execute, reports are taking longer to load, etc.
• Excessive log outs—it appears many users are getting session timeout messages before they should.
As the Business Intelligence team actively works with the vendor, we will provide users with updates on these significant, known issues. If you are experiencing anything outside of these known issues, please submit a Service Desk Incident.
