It is the responsibility of every employee employed by Intertek to report any potential area of improvement or concern. Any organization that has interest in Intertek or utilize the services of Intertek, that identify areas for improvement or potential concern have the right to report this to Intertek Management.
The details may be written down in any format as long as it is legible and identifiable, by the person detecting the area of improvement or potential concern. The Operation Manager shall validate the area of improvement or potential concern communication and respond in writing to the person detecting and reporting the area of improvement or potential concern.
