Presence of ursolic acid, one of the compounds in
triterpenic structure, was determined in different sections
of the pomegranate plant. Amount of ursolic acid is at the
rate of 0.45% in the leaves and flowers as it reaches to
0.6% in the fruit rinds (Isamuhamedov and Akramov,
1982).
