After I sent the mail to the lawyer about the intrusion of Khun Warrach in the office restricted area office. Please find the answer below.
To summarize Khun Warrach committed a criminal offense and can be liable for imprisonment and penalty.
Khun Warrach has a court case with the Condo B. The court case will be on 28th of September. Khun Warrach is not authorized to come to the office at ALL and cannot look at any document. As I told him yesterday for anything he has to speak with this lawyer and his lawyer will discuss with our lawyer.
I think it is clear and everyone has to apply. If khun Warrach comes and try to go in the office again, we will call the police and will complain to the court for the 1st criminal offense and the second.
I suggest during the preparation of the documents for the court that the door of the office has to be locked to avoid any intrusion
I would like to repeat again what I wrote in my mails yesterday
1) when a co owner, visitor, contractor or other comes to the office he can go in the waiting room for waiting the person he or she has appointment but in any case can go in the restricted office area means the other room where the Secretary is working and where we have the all the documents.
2) when a co owner, visitor, contractor comes, the Secretary has to inform the person (s) who have appointment.
3) The access of the restricted office is strictly limited to The secretary, the Chairman, Juristic Manager, committee members
4) Only the chairman, Juristic manager and committee members can authorize other persons to go in with them
5) All documents are strictly confidential and cannot be dispatched, read, copy, scanned without the approval of one member of the Board or Juristic Manager
6) In case of event as it happened yesterday, the secretary MUST call immediately one of the Board member, chairman, Juristic manager to solve the problem but in any case the person is authorized to go in.
7) Everyday the documents must be placed in the closed cabinets and the doors must be locked. The restricted office area key must be kept by the secretary when she leaves. Chairman and Juristic manager have to have a double of the key in case of problem or when they need to go in the office when the secretary is not here
