Respond to inquiries received via email and telephone regarding hotel bookings. Provide customers with area-specific travel information in English or Thai
Process online booking for customers when they are unable to use the website. Provide procedure and/or system advice to customers when needed
Research and suggest hotels of similar quality, price and location which have accommodation available when wholesalers return “Fully Booked” notices
Ensure that credit / payment procedures are adhered to and are passed to the Credit Department in a timely manner for their approval
Communicate with customers and business partners by telephone when required
Co-ordinate investigations with internal departments and business partners to effectively manage and resolve booking problems and complaints
Perform any other tasks as assigned by immediate manager
