The phytopatogens used in
this study were Clavibacter michiganensis,
Xanthomonas axonopodis and Erwinia carotovora and
they belong to The Center of Applied Microbiology
(CEMAP) collection, GreenCorp Biorganiks de Mexico
SA de CV. Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. All three
bacteria were grown in 250 ml Erlenmeter flasks with
100 ml of nutritive broth enriched with potato infusion
at 30°C by 24h.
