Dear EMTC team,
We are in the most busiest season now and are facing very serious
customer complaints because of bad deliveries. Even if having any
reasons, we cannot accept this level of SR and our customers also
cannot accept. I know Nikon-Essilor team and EMTC team have been
communicating closely on daily base but now we must show the result
to our Japanese customers. Otherwise, NE will lose large accounts
before the end of this year.
