The liver is normal size and parenchymal echo without space occupying lesion. Minimal intrahepatic bile duct dilatation in both lobes are seen. The CBD is dilated, about 5.9-6.3mm.in diameter. The gallbladder is distended with mild thick wall,about 4.5mm. In thickness. Multiple 5mm. Gallstone and bile sludge are noted. Sonographic Murphy's sign is questionable (generalized mild tender abdomen). The spleen,pancreas and both kidneys are normal. No ascites or abdominal aneurysm is detected

- Distal is CBD obstruction should be considered, but not seen definite cause due to bowle gas.
- Multiple 5mm. Gallstone and bile sludge with evidence of acute cholecystitis is considered.
- Unremarkable otherwise, however, G.I. Lesion is not excluded.
