Cleistocalyx Nervosum var. Paniala is mostly found in the North of Thailand. It is comprised of Flavonoid, Flavonol, Flavone, Saponin, and Tannin. The previous study proven that aqueous extract of C. Nevosum pulp showed its antioxidant activity. In this research, we will demonstrate and look further into the chemical composition of roasted Makiang in order produce drinkable product. The seeds were extracted with Hexane Ethyl Acetate and Ethanol. Then purified by chromatography and elucidation by infrared spectroscopy. It is also pharmaceutical and antioxidant tested.
