Dear Duen san
Containers leaking aren’t the new issue, when talking about these things, many of parties will be involved when
received complaints from customers. Don’t think as a simple issue, many times happened small thing to some
people but it is very sensitive (big issue) to other party.
TSM as a third party is solely responsible for all complaints received from HSM as customers on these products.
We are not involved with the business that is based on the payment of damages to convince customers to use the services
that we provide. What we are trying to convince to customers is through the quality level and increased from time to time.
If the goods are received wet, many papers have to be reported and explained to the customer.
Besides, a lot of wasted time without adding value or productivity on this job.
In this case, you are liable to send the containers in good condition, clean and there are no leaks.
As a transporter you understand the request, and you must obey without reason.
As I pointed out, TSM never allow the goods to be loaded in a container that had been identified leaking.
TST have the right to refuse the containers and if there are other costs that arise due to the problem,
transporter concerned must be responsible and absorb all the costs.
