Mark brings significant consumer goods marketing capability to this role with over thirty years’ experience gained in leading consumer organizations such as Nestle, Kraft, and most recently Kellogg’s where he served for over seven years as the Global Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role Mark led the transformation of the Marketing function, creating a common global approach to brand building within the company as well as building the internal and external capability to enable the company to execute effectively in the rapidly transforming media and digital environment. He also created the first global Marketing Academy to strengthen the capability of the local Marketing teams. Mark brings strong technical marketing skills to the organization, a passion for creating powerful business building ideas, and significant experience in building marketing organization effectiveness.
