Product Manager is responsible for the overall operation management of business unit includes business development and people management. Primary focus of the position is to bring strategy and process expertise and business acumen; resulting in the increase of the company’s competitive advantage and continuous growth
Identify business opportunities, prospects, and prospect's requirements
Provide a professional presentation of our service & solutions to prospect /customer
Prepare reports, account analysis and proposals.
Continuously analyze current business work flows and productivity/efficiency results in order to promote profitability through regular focus on sales improvement and cost reduction.
Establishes quality service, and ensures consistent operational performance against targets.
People Skill:-
Works closely with Clients to jointly develop plans to improve the business /services
Performs all supervisory functions to efficiently manage the personnel assigned by establishing standards and communicating areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel.
Regularly reviews performance, identifies opportunities for improvement where required, for future advancement.
Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate
