And I perform my job well and try to give the best service to the customer. I receive very good feedback from customer and staff also. Because of this the manager is putting me in charge when he is not in the shop. the staff rely on me to organize the activity in the shop.im friendly with the people i work with and they look at me as the leader when the manager is not around. I believe that i’m doing very well because we have more customers now since i became the leader of the staff. The promotion i suggested where successful and i’m helping the business achieve the objective. To prove my performance i usually get a bonus every weeks for achieving the target sale. I can say that i perform better then other staff because i have more customer booking and make the shop more money.
