Responsibilities:-
Prepare and verify payroll data accurately
Responsible for payroll operation
Update employee database in HR system
Update employee files (salary increase, promotion, transferring, personal info documents)
Handle and advise employees on Provident Funds, Social Security and Emergency Loan, etc.
Issue employee certificate.
Qualifications:-
Male or Female age not over 30
Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field
0-3 years of experience in HR Operation functions
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Taxation
Good knowledge and familiarity with HRIS, preferably SAP
Computer literacy (MS Office) proficient in Excel/Access
Good team-player
