Key Responsibilities:
Monitor & Maintain Server and Network infrastructure and ensure relevant departments are informed of potential risks/service impacts on a timely manner.
Monitor backup process, system log, security log and report suspicious activity to direct supervisor.
Respond to Network and Service events, open and assign trouble tickets when needed, and report such events to direct supervisor.
Serve as a focal person in an event of outages/service impacts.
Interact with engineering team and other stakeholders (other departments, clients, etc.) to resolve necessary issues.
Work in a 24/7 NOC environment: being on call 24/7, attend to alarm system, and operate a shift work as assigned.
Other assignments as required.
