Thai nationality only
Perform system operation task such as monitoring status of system, network, application, and backup system at both Primary and Secondary sites.
Act as first level support and call centre for any incident occur in the production service.
Troubleshoot hardware and network
Attend to customer queries by phone and emails.
Monitor and escalate to next level support whenever system threshold exceeded
Travel to data centre within Bangkok for on-site support.
Any other tasks assign by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in data centre solution
Basic knowledge of the following platform and tools would be an advantage, the more the better.Work on rotating shift and flexible to change shift if needed.
IBM P-series and X-series platform,
Cisco,
F5,
Hitachi Database,
Oracle Tuxedo,
Symantec Netbackup
BMC and etc.

Knowing banking or financial system is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English
