3.2 The Monthly Rental Fee payable by the Lessee hereunder shall be charged on a monthly basis. The Lessor shall issue to the Lessee a written invoice of the Monthly Rental Fee for each month immediately after the end of the respective month and the Lessee shall pay the Lessor such Monthly Rental Fee on or before
The twentieth five(25th) day of the month immediately subsequent to the month during which the Lessee receives such monthly invoice by transferring the full amount of the Monthly Rental Fee into the bank account designated by the Lessor. The Lessor shall issue the receipt to the Lessee upon receiving of each payment of the Monthly Rental Fee within fifteen (15) days , if the due date for the Monthly Rental Fee falls on a holiday, the Monthly Rental Fee shall be paid to the Lessor by the Lessee immediately on or before the said due date.
