Esthetics appeared as the most important design criteria for museum experiential interfaces. Since an increasing number of museums are developing applications, games, and content for mobile technologies (i.e., mobile phones, tablet PCs, MP3 players), our research findings can be generalized to this context as well. For instance, the Quai Branly museum (analyzed in this research) launched a mobile application that provides visitors with an interactive map of the museum, a calendar of events, videos, suggestions of visits, and postcards to share with relatives.
