The objects of this study are 1) to study Influential factors on the acceptance and the use of Office 365 at University of Phayao 2) To guide for improvement of the use of Office 365 at University of Phayao.
This study found that overall result was a high level. Performance expectancy, Social influence, Behavioral intention to use, Facilitating Conditions and Effort expectancy were a high level and Behavior of use was moderate.
The suggestion to enhance should focus on the public relations, Training Workshop on Information systems and web application function.
