To Improve the efficiency of fertilization and enhance plant growth, soil biotechnology need to be developed, one of the example is microbial utilization which play a role in the transformation of nutrient elements of P in the soil, known as phosphate solublizing microbia (PSM) that consists of bacteria and fungi phosphate solubilizer.
