Light or experimental smokers (those who smoked1 pack
per week):
“I’ve only tried a few puffs.”
“A few cigarettes or less a month.”
“Less than a pack a week.”
Regular smokers (those who smoked1 pack per week):
“About a pack a week.”
“About half a pack a day.”
“A pack a day or more.”
