We have made some optimisations on the Extranet to make it easier for you to manage your contact details. In addition, you can receive a security verification pin code via SMS when logging in from an external device. You may have noticed these changes as they have already been implemented.
Self-manage your contact details
You are now able to self-manage your contact details once you are logged into the Extranet. This means you no longer need to contact us when you want to change your contact details, such as updating your telephone, address, or email.
SMS security pin code now available
As you know, when you try to log in to the Extranet via an external device, you are prompted to verify your identity with a pin code. This is normally sent to you via an automated phone message. We can now send this pin code directly to your mobile phone via an SMS. To ensure you can receive this SMS, just be sure you have entered a mobile phone number in your contact details.
