The ingredients were dried and powdered separately. The pellets were prepared by mixing together; the required quantities of the finely powered materials and the mixture were kneaded well by adding minimum quantity of water to form dough. The dough was cooked in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes and the cooked material was extruded through a hand pelletizer with required perforation in the form of noodles on a filter paper and oven dried at 60 ºC.
