As can be seen from Fig. 3a, seat height was not appropriate for
60.9% (67.3% boys and 54.5% girls) of the students. Of these, 65.8% of
boys and 50.1% of girls used seats that were too high (high
mismatch), while only 1.5% of boys and 4.4% of girls used seats that
were too low (low mismatch) (as can be seen from Table 4). The
results indicated that the mismatch percentages decreased with
grade level for both girls and boys, with the highest and lowest
mismatch percentages were in Grade 9 (92.5% boys and 72.3% girls)
and Grade 12 (40.0% boys and 41.2% girls) students, respectively
