When you eat a junk food ,you need to exercise to burn it and it is very hard. If you eat only health food, you will have a good shape. You don’t need to exercise but you have a good health. It’s very easy to eat a health food. You can find a health food easily. For example; Boiled chicken breast is a very good food. And you should avoid fried foods because it will make you bad health like a junk food.
