I don’t think it’s about AT network sold expired tickets on purpose. They very concern about expiration and request for extension from time to time.
There were cases that customers bought tickets from consumer fair and came to our park after expiry date. They contacted us and I waived case by case.
For business, we keep partners happy as well as customers. I support what you and your team have done, thank you. I’m sure there will not be many of this case.
This is the 1st case after two years. AT Network is very professional, if it is their fault they will fix.
