Neuroticism is the second factor, which is more familiar to clinical psychologist and psychiatrists than other factors because it is one of the core causes of individuals' mental disorder (McCrae & Costa, 2008, p. 274). According to Barrick and Mount (1991), the behavioural tendencies in this factor are feeling uncertain, worried, emotional, irritated, unhappy, and gloomy. Furthermore, Neurotic people tend to feel unhappy despite their life circumstance, so that they are more likely to have problems with their mental health such as personality disorders than others(McCrae & Costa, 2008, p. 276).
