I understanding in situation of current hotel financial but I insist that we need more security staff to control all system. Currently staff in control room must response as followings :
1. CCTV Operation ( 273 cameras )
2. Public address system
3. Burglar alarm for shop and fire exit door
4. Emergency phone in elevator
5. Intruder alarm along a riverside terrace
6. Bollard system
7. FM200 system
8. Key control box
All of task need a staff who have high potential to control the important safety system for our hotel. Please allow me request 6 permanent staff for control room operation. Nowadays we have one permanent control room staff for morning shift, one temporary control room staff for afternoon shift and one temporary control room staff for night shift , Frankly speaking I have no choice to assign contractor guard working replace them when they used a day off or day leave, this solution we will achieve in Control Risk audit last year( Attached document) and they can arrange a working schedule for day off and day leave.

As discussed regarding fire alarm control panel operation for security staff at control room, Please kindly support for training and timeline to handover the operation for security department. I think we should understand in the same way for avoid confusing in the future.
