Table 1 shows the acidity degrees of garlic milk and yoghurt Lactobacillus acidophilus, during storage time
in the refrigerator and table 2 shows the growth rates of microbes in garlic Lactobacillus acidophilus milk and
yoghurt at the storage time. Table 3 shows the acidity degrees of garlic Lactobacillus acidophilus milk and yoghurt and table 4 shows the growth rates of microbes in garlic Bifidobacterium bifidum. Table 5 shows effect of probiotic Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum milk with varying doses of garlic on triglyceride and cholesterol level.
