Responsibilities of Start-up Team
The Start-up Team shall :
(a) review all activities required to bring the contract to a fully operational state
(b) establish priorities
(c) define responsibilities for the various personnel involved
(d) set target dates for the completion of the key activities
(e) issue minutes of each meeting to all concerned
(f) review the action taken, and set new priorities, on a regular basis (initially weekly, thereafter fortnightly).
