Abstract: This paper reports disadvantages of taking exercise. For many years, most of us hold the view that exercise benefits a lot. However, every coin has two sides. It seems that we ignore the negative aspect of the exercise. This paper will show some disadvantages based on many studies. These disadvantages are measured in terms of three indexes: over-exercise, inappropriate exercise and normal exercise. And it aims at helping us find a better way to exercise and cut down the risk of being damaged.
