SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
To establish and ensure consistency of the Quality/Safety objectives and their application relating to SGS Policy and Business.
To establish, implement and maintain of the Quality/Safety Management System.
To establish/review division procedure and other documents related to Quality/Safety Management System and communicate to related staff.
To evaluate and report on the performance of the quality and safety system to General manager.
To manage on the training need and training plan of division.
To identify and record any business operation or quality/safety system non-conformities
To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of quality system, safety issue or operational non-conformity.
To initiate, recommend or provide solutions through the appropriate channels.
To verify the taking of corrective/ preventive actions and solutions.
To co-ordinate audit for both internal / external audit and third parties for all registrations and other issues.
To handle customer claim and complaint of division.
To ensure available, proper and adequate facilities/ equipments for all inspection activities.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor Degree or higher
5 years in related field and quality assurance experience would be advantage.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal.
Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
