s and Responsibilities:
Manage the overall Inflight service and sales procedures
Managing CCVRs on inflight service and sales
Organising task force meetings and trial runs of new service innovations
Training of cabin crew in the area of inflight sales
Design Sales Incentive Programmes to motivate cabin crew
Monitoring the sales performance and recommending training improvements / incentive changes / procedural changes
Liaison with caterer and inflight duty-free concessionaire
Produce sales reports for product enhancement, sales incentives and commission payments
Sales and inventory discrepancy investigations
Procurement of aircraft amenities and equipment to support the inflight product
Managing Aircraft Interior Cleaning to ensure cost management without compromising the inflight product standards
Organise Crew Meals including budgeting, orders, menus and billings
Monitor First Aid Kits / Inflight Doctors’ Kits – replenishments in accordance to regulations in consideration of cost control measures
Procurement, maintenance and repair of catering equipment
Management of Uniform Services both new and replacement
Implement and management of Crew Baggage Lost and Mishandled
Oversee Management of Crew Stationary & Forms
Manages budgets for Crew services
Flying as Crew to understand Customer needs and Crews’ feedbacks in term of Inflight Sales.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 2-3 years working experience as a Cabin crew, preferably in a low-cost airline environment.
Minimum of 3 years Business Office Management experience
Good Well-groomed and ability to lead by example
Strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent Communication skills both Thai and English.
Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
Analytical and methodical in approach.
Good planning and prioritization skills.
People oriented, Self-motivated, independent & resourceful.
