Step 2: Measure the spectra
Typical measurements are done from 100 kHz to 1 Hz in a two electrode
setup, directly after filling and repeated after 1 h, 1 day, 1
week and two weeks. The samples are stored at 45 ◦C between the
measurements. Cans are covered with a lid or with parafilm when
stored, to prevent evaporation of the product.
Some products require removal of air, filling with propellant
pasteurisation or even sterilisation as they would perish or otherwise
change, but that was not required for the examples in the next
sections.
