The survey respondents reported observing misconduct that included violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, employees receiving gifts or entertainment in violation of the organization’s policies, employees engaging in fraud, accepting kickbacks or bribes, lying to supervisors, abusing drugs or alcohol, lying on reports or falsifying work records, conflicts of interest, stealing, altering the results of product tests, and misusing insider information.
