These cells, suspended
in suspension medium supplemented with 10% decomplemented
fetal bovine serum (FBS), were radiolabeled by
addition of 51Cr (sodium chromate, (Amersham, Oakville,
Ontario)) for 1 h at 37 #{176L}Cab.eled cells, washed three times and
resuspended in suspension medium supplemented with 10%
autologous serum, were then distributed in flat-bottomed microplates
at a cell concentration of 1 X l04/well.
