Article 4. Undertakings of Party A

Each of Party A jointly and severally undertakes to Party B that it shall:

4.1 cause the Company to perform all its obligations under the Supply Agreement;

4.2 perform all its obligations under this Agreement;

4.3 present and warrant that all actions, conditions and things required to be taken, fulfilled and done (including without limitation, the obtaining of any necessary authorisations, approvals, licenses and consents from or the making of any filing or registration with any governmental or other authority or the Company) in order to enable it to lawfully enter into, exercise its rights and perform and comply with its obligations under this Agreement and to ensure that those obligations are legally binding and enforceable have been taken, fulfilled and done and are in full force and effect;

แต่ละพรรคร่วมหลายพรรค และ undertakes บีจะ :

4.2 ดำเนินการพันธกรณีภายใต้ข้อตกลงนี้

4.3 ปัจจุบันและรับประกันว่าทุกการกระทำ เงื่อนไขและสิ่งที่ต้องเป็น ถ่าย ทำเสร็จ ( รวมถึง แต่ไม่ จำกัดได้รับใด ๆที่จำเป็น authorisations อนุมัติใบอนุญาตและยินยอมจาก หรือการยื่นหรือการลงทะเบียนกับใด ๆใด ๆของรัฐหรือหน่วยงานอื่น หรือ บริษัท ) เพื่อให้มันถูกต้องตามกฏหมายระบุลงในใช้สิทธิและปฏิบัติหน้าที่ และสอดคล้องกับพันธกรณีของความตกลงนี้ และเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่า ภาระหน้าที่ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายผูกพันและบังคับใช้ได้รับการถ่ายทำเสร็จ และอยู่ในบังคับเต็มรูปแบบและผลกระทบ ;
