This is the 2016 mid-year review period.
The Mid-Year Review is a two-way discussion between managers and employees. It aims to review objectives and core competencies of the first half of the year and identifies priorities and sets plans for the second half of the year.
Step 1: We recommend that you and your manager meet each other to discuss the mid-year and then launch the process in PeopleCloud.
Step 2: You will find in PeopleCloud a mid-year review form to add comments related to your objectives and to core competencies review before 7/31/2016
Step 3: Your manager will also add her/ his comments and sign-off
Step 4: You will sign-off at the end of the process.
