Stay up late
Stay up late is not good for our body. Although we are sleep to late and wake up in primary time, but it can effect to body many people don't know it. 1. Health problems
If you sleep for 8 hours, but stay up late. It still gets to decline body and easy to sickness.
2. Memory problems
Stay up late has made the processes of the brain slow. in the future, you maybe get Alzheimer disease.
3. Mind problems
Insufficient sleep can make people have variable mood, Stressed and angry easily. Sufficient sleep people can control emotion more than insufficient sleep people.
In conclusion, there are problems effect to the most people who stay up late. In all problems will be not happy if you not stay up late and sufficient sleep on a day and always excercise.
