October has been set up as a "Corporate Ethics Month" in Hitachi Group.
Our company is currently facing various problems.
We were founded in 2008 and continually expand the business scale in every year so far.
We have almost 100 employees in company now, the environment becomes more difficult to meet every staff and talk directly in every day.
In such situation ,it's very important to consider how to refresh the communication to improve the compliance and establish in-house corporate ethics,
In present, in order to aim further business expansion and strengthen sake of management foundation.
We need to create some internal rules and regulations which have never been prepared before.
However, no matter how respectable rules, if our employees are unable to practice in a well understood and day-to-day operations, it will not makes any sense.
We should use October - "Corporate Ethics Month" as an opportunity, to practice again of Ho-Ren-So (report, contact & consult) at workplace.
