Job Description:
• Manage all recruitment processes such as find the channel of recruitment, screen resume, make appointment etc.
• Management all employment processes such as negotiate with candidate, offering the job , employment contract etc.
• Updating and preparing recruitment report and document.
• Person in charge of staff's information and data base.
• Process staff's time attendance and leave record.
• Respond in other Human resource management tasks as assigned by superior.
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
Qualifications:
• Thai nationality, male or female, age not over 30 years
• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Information Technology, Business Computer, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Social Science or related fields.
• Experience at least 1 years in Human resource management. (New Graduate also welcome)
• Strong skill in recruitment and employment.
• Have experience in Human resource management.
• If have experience in staff's time attendance and leave control will be an advantage.
• Have communication skill, presentation skill and problem solving
• Have negotiation skill, good team player and service mind.
• Good communication in English
• Able to communicate Japanese will be an advantage
