I understand that most of your supplier, such as Baumuller, have no outstanding payment issue, except SIKO and one or 2 other suppliers. We do not understand the reason, why SIKO was selected to be the victim for this situation.
As mentioned during the meeting, we will still support Mr. Tom on your own customer and all your inquiry, from Ms Lakkhana. This is your effort. The current arrangement for the release of order and shipment will remain the same as agreed earlier.
We appreciate your effort, in clearing the outstanding payment step by step in instalment of USD500 monthly.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Mr. Tom is our priority to work with, until we encountered this payment situation.
We really hope that Mr. Tom will be back on track and be strong, soonest possible again as before.
SIKO have to move on in Thailand, to develop the market further. The market cannot wait, and we had to be swift and quick before it is too late. We appreciate your understanding on this matter, greatly.
For the current Packsys Order, please get your staff Ms Lakkhana, to follow up with Sandra on the payment for this order (as in our earlier agreement), to quickly get this order to PackSys. The order is ready, 2 weeks ago, pending this payment, before we shipped. We understand that Packsys will pay within 45 days.
We also hope that Ms Lakkhana replied promptly to Sandra email and question.
