This paper contributes to the literature by providing evidence about the stakeholders‘
sustainable benefits related to the indirect association between organizational commit-
ment elements and CSR-environmental performance that is mediated by the conventional value creating internal processes. The results of the study contribute to an understanding of how committed employees play a vital role in assisting organizations to achieve better CSR environmental outcomes for their community.
