Last summer I visited the resort of Brighton which rs
on the south coast of England, fifty miles from
London. Apart from swimming in the sea, there were
plenty of things to do, like go to the funfair, visit the
Dolphinarium, walk along the pier, visit Brighton
Pavilion, and ride on Volk's Railway, a mini-train that
runs along the seafront. At night there were many
different forms of entertainment to choose from.
There are a lot of night clubs, or you can go to the
theatre, or to see a film at the cinema. We stayed at
the Grand Hotel, a luxurious hotelon the seafront, but
there are also dozens of smaller hotels or bed and
breakfasts to stay in, which are cheaper
