For the next process, let your subordinate to arrange the presentation meeting with Probation Presentation (attached file 3) and inform HR Department to join as well.
In this regards, HR would like to coach you on some important things you need to consider in preparing your presentation. We highly expect employees to take this Presentation in a professional way and standard template to use here attached for your presentation.
Here are some reminders and expectations as you prepare your presentation material.
1. Be punctual in your schedule.
2. Employees are required to wear proper business attire during the probation confirmation presentation.
3. Employees are not allowed to copy the content of their PBC presentation using the previous presenter or summary report from the team.
4. Employee are not allowed to read the slide during the whole time of his/her presentation. Must have familiarity and subject knowledge of his/her own presentation.
5. Employee are expected to have a master of basic presentation skills.(search for assistance from team member or HR)
6. Make a proper rehearsal before the presentation date.
** On the other hand, if you need to extend his/her probation period longer, could you please inform HR Department then communicate with your subordinate.
