I need you to understand. I know you are not my ex wife, and I am very glad that you are not. I do love you Pim, please never think that I do not, but I have been hurt so much by people in my past who have just lied to me time after time after time. 

What do you think I am going to feel when suddenly you are friends with your ex-partner, when every time we talk about him you say he hurt you, pulled you hair, his wife was angry with you. You told me he was not in your or the children's lives - now it looks different. How you think I feel to suddenly know maybe what you said is not true.

Yes the past is the past and I do not want to go ther with you on it. It is done it is over. I did not  marry your past I married the future. But that does not mean that anything in the past should be lies about. You told me ex was bad I beleived you - now suddenly ex is friend !! How can it suddenly be totally opposite ? 

If you say I am bad for saying you are a liar - then explain to me how this man can be a friend and hurt you so much in the past. It makes no sense to me, and you would rather end our relationship because you refure to answer why you say bad one day and hate him, and the next a friend.

Calm down, Pim. We will fix it, but I am still upset you say different things to me. I hope you understand why I am upset.

Go and get pregnancy test and tell me what it says - it is important now.
