Snail size between 16 and 20 g (shell + flesh). Breeding goes through 3 phases: First phase - we reproduce in a well equipped room well which has a natural environment. This room meets all required health standards. Second phase - the nursery. We put the snails (babies) under greenhouse tunnels, planted with rich vegetables (rapeseed, clover, lettuce, etc.). Third phase - fattening. To achieve high quality snails, we supplement their vegetable diet with a mixture of grain and finely ground calcium. Snails are reared until maturity and are then stored and packaged according to the customer's request. Our objective is to ensure that all conditions are met for the growth of snails. We have a scrupulous respect for all rules of hygiene, safety and livestock.
